I found this LIST of the MOST COLORFUL CITIES IN THE WORLD. And lucky for me two of the cities I have lived in/close to are included: Barranco, Lima Peru and San Francisco!
I absolutely love color, obviously, and brag about how quaint Barranco is all the time.
