Breakfast Party

Breakfast in Lima is not the most common meal - at least not like it is in the States, or to be even more specific, Santa Cruz (home). I have been thinking more and more about having a breakfast party recently. So far we have had taco night, thanksgiving potluck, movie night potlucks, a whole mix of different type of eating gatherings, but no breakfast! Perhaps it is because my group of friends (myself included) usually find themselves tired and with some sort of afterthought from the night before that we cannot get it together in the mornings. Either way, breakfast has been on my mind. I am thinking pancakes, waffles, french toast, scrambles, poached eggs, fresh juice and french press with my roommate`s Cuban coffee.
I may be a bit over the moon with this idea, but I hope to make it happen. I came across the corlorful breakfast assortment on Honestly, wtf  and it inspired me to create something similar. For right now my eyes are bigger than my stomach - but I promise to make my breakfast party happen.
